Your delivery service was terrible. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me son in Rowville, Victoria,which I ordered around September 12 for delivery before September 20. I presumed you would send it by courier. He didn't get it until September 25 as it had been sent by mail . That's simply not good enough...Patrick
