I paid extra for same day delivery and chose your company specifically for that purpose. I didnt arrive until the following day and then I got addittional tracking numbers saying it was delivered the day after that too which it wasn't. After contacting your customer service for a refund of the same day fee, they said they had done it but have in fact charged me for it again. After providing evidence of this, my email has been ignored.
