As a return customer, I've always been more than satisfied with your products (all of the recipients have been thrilled). That being said, this last order was disappointing. I ordered three boxes to bring with me as hostess/holiday gifts. I have only gifted the first box (morning/pancake/tea) and to my horror - when I presented the gift and she opened it - the mug was scratched with a black smudge, there were no tea bags and the flower diffuser was upside down and crushed. I was too embarrassed to take a picture. I have been flat out with work; otherwise I would have reached out sooner, and am debating whether or not to open the other two boxes before gifting them. Like I said, you haven't disappointed before; and I am chalking it up to be crazy, busy post lockdown/holiday season....that being said, I know that I would want to know, if it was my company. Make it a great holiday season and a happy / healthy new year!
