This is the second time I was asked to provide feedback. This in itself shows the level of care and standard of services being provided! Overall there was basically no services after payment, though the customer service was prompt to respond, but basically, no help in getting answer re delayed delivery. And the only way to track delivery was to go to your courier's website. No information was available from Gourmet Basket!
