wasn't delivered on the day of my friend's 50th despite being ordered with the correct delivery date. Despite me confirming with their customer service people. When I called to complain they said I didn't read the small print which says they don't guarantee delivery days!!!! Why order in advance to ensure your loved one gets what you send them on their special occasion. I recommend going with a company that CAN guarantee delivery day!
