I liked the range of goodies available and especially the option of adding extra items of personal choice. My only complain, is that the delivery date wasn't very accurate. It took 4 days more (includes the weekend) than the anticipated 2 days I was told once after placing the order. The gift only just arrived before my recipient was due leave for a trip away.
