The basket we purchased was for a colleague recouperating in hospital after an operation. The delivery driver decided that it was unsafe for him to go to the hospital to deliver it and delivered it to the nearest Post Shop. I liaised with Katya in your customer service department and expressed my disappointment with this. Were we supposed to expect our colleague to go to the Post Shop and collect the basket herself? I was told by Katya that there was nothing she could do about it and that I should have read the fine print that said if a parcel wasn't able to be delivered it would be delivered to a Post Shop. If I had known that I would never have placed the order! I canceled my order and Katya said she would arrange a refund minus the delivery fee if she was able to get the courier to pick up the parcel and return it to you. Not once did she offer to get the courier to pick it up and deliver it to a home address! I received my refund but didn't receive a refund for the delivery. This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever encounted. You keep asking me to rate you out of 5 and give you feedback, I rate you a 1 only because the option to rate you a 0 isn't there. Suffice to say I won't be using you again, our Company won't be using you again and I will not be recommending you to anyone! Going by my past experience I don't expect anyone to call me or for this feedback to go anywhere.
