This order was placed on 14/9/2022 for a delivery date of 26/9/2022. This order was supposed to be a gift for my mother-in-law who celebrated her 92nd birthday on this date.
Stupidly, I mentioned to her yesterday during a telephone call for her birthday, to expect a special delivery of a gift for her birthday.
Sadly I believe this did not happen. My wife and I feel sad, embarassed and very disappointed at this delay.
Tracking on my computer indiates delivery expected today 27/9/2022, I really hope this does occur!
