It was a pain and horrible experience. I purchase online and paid for the delivery. I did mention "pls call the recipent number when you arriving around the building. Finally the hamper was just sent to the Post Office and asked us to pick up my myself. What is the point I purchased online and paid for the delivery? What is the point I purchased from GB that at the end I need to collect from post office and re-deliver to the recipent? Why dont I buy it somewhere else without that expectation and headache? When I called to customer service, your representatives said your company cannot do anything about it? It was handled by Star track and excuse I only deal with GB I dont deal with your appointed courier! Why should I (as a customer) need to be that headache with the service i paid for?????
