In short it took Gourmet Basket 3 days to make the parcel up and 7 days get it delivered from NSW to Queensland
I could have made up the same gift parcel in Perth and mailed it myself by Australia Post to Brisbane in the same time frame it took your company to dispatch and deliver the parcel to the Brisbane address.
