We got a custom basket for a friend who has recently lost their mum. Selecting items was easy and customer service contacted us to ask if we wanted it shipped asap once they saw it was for the loss of a parent, which was really sweet.
It arrived really quickly and they have loved all the items. Great service, highly recommend.
