I ordered the Cheeseboard Celebration Hamper as a birthday gift for my sister, selecting the delivery date of 13.05.2025, which is her actual birthday. While I understand that occasional delivery delays may occur, the hamper not only failed to arrive on the scheduled date, but it also didn’t arrive the following day. It was finally delivered two days late on 15.05.2025. This delay completely defeated the purpose of the gift. My sister and her family had already left for a planned weekend getaway by the time it arrived, which I had carefully planned around. As a result, the cheese hamper has been left sitting unattended, which is not ideal for perishable food items.
