The hamper was fine but the customer service was really poor. I made an error with the address (wrong house number) & rang through about 15 minutes later to change it. The woman I spoke with was abrupt & unhelpful & told me that she wasn't sure if she could change it. I asked if she could email confirmation that it was done so the next day when I hadn't received confirmation I rang & spoke with another woman who confirmed with the person I'd spoken with the previous day that the address had been updated.
It had not. Luckily the delivery person rang the recipient of the hamper.
