I found the gourmet basket website easy to use and the hamper when it arrived looked good. (my son sent me a photo.) The only problem was it was an Easter hamper and even though I put two peoples phone numbers on the delivery details the driver just left a card when someone was home. Unfortunately this meant they weren't able to pick their hamper from Australia Post until after Easter:(
