The basket was great and greatly received. The ordering by phone took more than 20 minutes and then your system declined both my cards. So I asked to cancel the phone order and went on line myself and ordered within 5 minutes. Not sure if you are still having a problem with that but it was very frustrating at the time as I was at work and had only phoned to confirm a delivery date could be achieved. The operator suggested she could take my order but then it took so long to add extra things to the order and then the decline in cards which took forever. There was nothing wrong with my cards. The product itself appears to be fine according to the receiver.
