Ordered a bottle of Absolut Vodka to go with a Boxed Treats hamper but the vodka was not in the box. Called the support number, they agreed to send the vodka out and were pretty helpful. Still waiting on it, but it has only been two days since I made the call to them. Hoping the vodka shows up.
