Disappointed the initial transaction didn't go through on the Wednesday night and I needed to speak to a consultant the next day on the phone. I confirmed with the consultant that the delivery was still going to occur on the Friday, but eventually got to the recipient on the Tuesday morning.
The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address at 818 Sydney Road, despite the lady it was delivered to telling the driver that it was not her. There were specific instructions and 2 x phone numbers on the package. If not for the honesty of this lady who rang my friend telling her she had the package, it would not have been received at all. Your company sent a message on the Friday afternoon to the recipient advising it's location, so the contact details were clearly on the package.
This was a gift for my dear friend who had cancer surgery and had to walk up Sydney Road dragging a shopping trolley behind her the next day to collect the gift basket. Very disappointed that a lovely gesture for my friend, who I am unable to visit due to Covid, ended up being an arduous task having just had major invasive surgery. Very disappointed in this whole experience...
