My friend was delighted with the basket.
I was disappointed that it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but it wasn’t, I was not advised. I only knew it was unsuccessful because I checked the status. Unfortunately not even a card was left for collection.
When I rang customer service on Wednesday the lady I spoke to was very helpful.
