The team members I spoke with were lovely when placing the order and enquiring on the order. Very helpful and accommodating. However, my staff member sent me a picture of the gift saying thank you and I noticed it looked a bit light on. He confirmed what was received and it appeared all the add ons were forgotten, approx $50 worth. Melissa was quick to investigate and get the items out but it would have been nice for my staff member to receive
it all at once. If my staff member didn’t send me a pic I would never have known.
