I was wrongly charged for the same/ next day delivery when the gift was asked to deliver a week later. When I realised the mistake, I rang the office to sort it our but the available options was limited: eg there is no store credit as I am not allowed to get credit back to my account; 2. adding more good in the gift basket was limited as some "men only" items was running low and could not guarantee the availability.
