Gourmet Baskets were very helpful and understanding when recommending items I was needing to send. However, the parcel did not arrive on time (not their fault) and therefore the receiver did not get it. After speaking to Gourmet Basket they happily provided another complete basket which arrived in good order and condition. The Reciever was very happy and surprised with the gift. I would be happy to recommend Gourmet Basket to anyone
