Ordered a Thankyou gift 12 days ago. Still not delivered... No updates and even when I followed up the carrier despite having the booking number and both recipient and sender names they wouldn’t provide an update Over the phone because I didn’t have the recipients full address (it was a one off Thankyou gift to an employee).
Been very disappointed with the whole experience.
