I contacted their customer service team after purchasing a bike online, to see how long the shipping would be, and they bumped the priority up on my bike, so that it would arrive in time for our mountain bike trip! Excellent customer service, very friendly, and very professional. Would definitely purchase here again, and I’m grateful for the effort they put in to get me my new bike in time!
