“They sold me a defective bicycle and refused to take the bike back. Luckily I purchased the bike with PayPal, disputed said purchase and won. They refused to return my calls. I emailed them about problems the day after receiving the bike and when I finally spoke to a person, almost a month later they tried to tell me I had the bike too long to return! Complete lack of customer support! I'm sure they are great at selling you a product, so long as there are no problems. BAD BUSINESS!”

“Couldn’t be more happy I found these guys.. ordered the Garmin Forerunner 965 which at the time is on 4-5 week back order from virtually every retailer. Not even garmin could get it delivered within a month, but I got my watch in 5 days with ZERO shipping costs. Lastly, their customer service team is timely, friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I recently purchased a Marin E2 from GovVelo. The price was excellent, even though this is a relatively expensive bike and hard to find in stock anywhere. Afte the order, I experienced numerous issues in trying to get the bike to me in a ready to ride state. However, all of the issues were outside the scope of control of GovVelo. Instead of blaming others, Daniel with GovVelo took charge of the situation and did everything possible to quickly resolve all issues. He even managed the situation during off hours. He negotiated with suppliers, shippers, and my local bike shop. His communication with me along the way was outstanding. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Daniel and his team at GovVelo. Now I have a bike that rides like a dream and gets routine compliments from other riders. I would not hesitate to use GovVelo in the future. One side note - I learned from this experience that GovVelo also has a local shop (highly rated in community) in Biloxi Mississippi. I felt even better about buying online from GovVelo after learning that. Thanks again GovVelo!”

“Absolutely fantastic company. Had an issue with the frame on my Rift Zone that I bought earlier this year, and they were able to warranty it out for me and get it all sorted. Due to a parts shortage, I ended up with an upgraded frame. 😃”

“I'm sorry too I had an awful experience with GovVelo I bought a very expensive bike and what I got was a broken bike I had problems from the beginning the bike got delivered couldn't get the wheel off off the bike and then the front wheel was missing a bearing and after that moving forward to the back finding out that the cassette was totaled damaged I couldn't even ride this bike or even get on this bike they say to claim these bikes to be ready in 10 minutes from getting delivered and then after a couple tries of getting it settled and fixed I decided to ask for a refund and yes I did get my refund but not before I got stiff for $531 yes that's how much they took from my refund when actually I think I should have got charged for nothing it's not my fault I got a broken bike. Also want to know that the bike was very rushed whoever assemble it you can tell it was Rush built nuts and bolts were loose. I won't be purchasing from this place no more and don't recommend it either.”

“I purchased a new Marin Alpine Trail bike from GovVelo. Overall I’m pleased with the service and purchase. The rims are not perfectly true but other than that everything was setup correctly and only needed minor adjustments for my riding preferences. The tracking app GovVelo uses is basically useless. FedEx tracking was more than enough to track the shipment. I would recommend GovVelo if you cannot find what you want at a local bike shop.”

“All the stars in the galaxy to GovVelo. My son waited tens months for a bike we ordered from a CA vendor that never arrived. About two weeks ago, I found the same bike online at GovVelo. GovVelo was awesome! Super responsive. The bike promptly shipped and arrived this morning, all the way from Biloxi. My kid was smiling ear-to-ear. Wonderful experience. You guys are the best. Thank you!”

“GovVelo was very quick and easy to deal with and my bike arrived in great shape. One bonus to dealing with GovVelo, other than a military discount, was that the bike that I ordered can only be delivered by GovVelo. They only sell through retail dealers and GovVelo. The nearest dealer was an hour away and since I knew the model and size I wanted it was great to have it shipped directly to me. Nice work GovVelo and thank you for the service/discount you offer military and first responders. I think I'll go for a ride on my fantastic bike now;)”

“I purchased a Marin Presidio 3 bike from GovVelo online; this is a tough bike to find and they had it in stock. It was shipped within 2 days and arrived in perfect condition 3 days later. The bike was extremely well packaged and arrived with no damage. Assembly was a breeze; all the main components had already been connected. Now I'm out riding a really cool bike- thanks GovVelo!”

“Great bike, great team. Saw "The Bicycle Rider" on YouTube take a 2022 Marin DSX FS out for a weekend with some pals. Gave a really thorough review. Just what I wanted. I started looking for one. I am not a competitive rider. I needed something well-featured for varied surfaces to replace an older hybrid. Hard to find in my size, but Govvelo had this DSX-FS in stock at a great price. Ordered it and it was shipped very quickly. Arrived very well packed and with a little box of everything I needed to get it going. Had a little problem that occurred in shipping. Contacted service and we got it straightened out very fast. I would gladly buy again from this veteran-owned company.”
