“Ordered a set of pedals. Payment processed, was told a second email would come with shipping info. In a few hours I received an email to leave a review. I opted to wait until I recieved my product. After 6 days I checked to see when my item could expect to ship. The next day my order was cancelled due to supply issues and my payment refunded. Not a positive experience.”

“Super fast shipping and set-up time. I would like to get an update while the bike is being assembled and packaged since this gives customers peace of mind. Overall, 5 days from order to shipped and then 3 more days to arrive. That's very good and fast service. They even responded to my questions the same day. The pre-install was great, pretty much ready to ride. I only need to put the handlebar, the front wheel and the seat and I'm already riding and shifting with butter.”

“Order process was simple and military discount is superb! Not to mention this is the only stock for the Marin Alpine Trail XR I could find. Even the Local Marin dealer couldn’t source one for me, huge shout out to GovVelo”
