Super fast shipping and set-up time. I would like to get an update while the bike is being assembled and packaged since this gives customers peace of mind. Overall, 5 days from order to shipped and then 3 more days to arrive. That's very good and fast service. They even responded to my questions the same day. The pre-install was great, pretty much ready to ride. I only need to put the handlebar, the front wheel and the seat and I'm already riding and shifting with butter.
