They sold me a defective bicycle and refused to take the bike back. Luckily I purchased the bike with PayPal, disputed said purchase and won. They refused to return my calls. I emailed them about problems the day after receiving the bike and when I finally spoke to a person, almost a month later they tried to tell me I had the bike too long to return! Complete lack of customer support! I'm sure they are great at selling you a product, so long as there are no problems. BAD BUSINESS!
