Customer Service is top notch! I could buy this bike anywhere. I ordered a bike and it was the wrong one got shipped. Human error. Stuff happens. When I called to report the issue, I got a live person on the phone and she was super helpful. We were able to talk through the issue and get it resolved with no hassle, no drama, and no being on hold for hours at a time. It’s refreshing to know there’s still good businesses out there who employ good people, and take care of their customers. Thank you GovVelo! You have a customer for life.
