This company is shady. I ordered a 2022 Marin bike and they sent me the 2021 model. The label clearly indicates it is 2021. The invoice I received after placing the order indicates I should get a 2022 model. After numerous calls and emails, they keep claiming it is actually 2022, yet have not provided any proof of this, only a heavily redacted screenshot with a general skew number, not anything specific to my frame number. "Daniel" from the company called and said he would put me in contact with an executive account rep from Marin. When I asked for this info and who it was specifically he started to backtrack and say I can't talk to them. He then just gave me a bogus number (800-222-7757) that isn't part of Marin. He also claimed it was 2022 because they have been out of stock. This is not accurate as I've been looking at this bike for at least two months and has always been in stock. Either he's lying or their inventory system falsly indicates when they don't have stock. Avoid this company at all costs.
