I purchased a 2020 Marin Hawk Hill 3 (multi colored frame) from GovVelo and loved it from the 1st day. Unfortunately, I suffered a crack in the top tube after a day of solid riding and was devastated that my steed was unridable. I reached out to GovVelo and received thorough instructions on what to take pictures of for a frame warranty claim. A couple days later, Deshá reached out to let me know that Marin had sent out a 2022 Marin Rift Zone 3 out to GovVelo, and today, she reached out to let me know that it should be shipping out Monday. I was also notified that a new frame warranty will be applied and started on my new frame. GovVelo has been such an amazing company and I appreciate what they do for active duty, veterans, and first responders. I'm more than excited to get my components swapped over and back out on the trails. Thank you guys at GovVelo so much!
