Bought a bike from them and they (mostly) built it and then shipped it all the way to California. They even pumped the tubes. Got a bit annoyed at some app they use called "Shop". I didn't get a shipping label right away because they have to build the bike first so it made it seem like the only way to get the label was through downloading this annoying app. It doesn't even work without a label anyways so just ignore it Putting my (mostly already built) bike together now. Seems like it's in great condition. I will update if there are any issues. The reason I'm leaving a 4 out of 5 is that the website says they'll include details instructions on whatever they disassembled for shipping. All I have is the manufacturer's instruction manual, but nothing from them. They DID leave some stickers marking where things are supposed to go, but as someone who doesn't have much experience with bikes I was lowkey riding on those GovVelo instructions Just an FYI for anyone reading these reviews, if you ever wonder why reviews.io stores have such high ratings it's probably because they offer "points" or other gimmicks for reviews. This probably isn't unique to GovVelo at all, but it's something to keep in mind. They were even able to tie my name to my review when I emailed them and they asked if I can update my (admittedly excessively negative) review!
