Very good easy website to use with useful help to get you started on your health journey.
The shakes are tasty and easy to make. Just water and the powder. I pop an ice cube in too to make it super cold. I feel more energised and less bloated since starting the shakes. I tend to have them Monday to Friday lunchtime and I have noticed a difference to my weight and appetite. Would definitely recommend.
