I especially like the packaging which makes it super easy to remeber to take my supplements (huge issue) as I can taker them anywhere.
I have been taking them both for a month and I feel a lot more energetic especially in the morning.

The shakes are tasty and easy to make. Just water and the powder. I pop an ice cube in too to make it super cold. I feel more energised and less bloated since starting the shakes.
