This company is completely dishonest, they will tell you your mobile is damaged, when it's not and try and reduce the offer!
Sent a phone is for recycling, the device has been re-graded against a completely different grading system which states the 'good' condition I sent the device against is actually only for brand new devices. My device has 100% battery health and was spotless after 11 months in a case and screen protector. This is not a trustworthy company
