Took 5 days for a 24h parcel to get to them.
Was then provided a report with Zero fails (phone is mint as new condition not a mark or blemish on it) and advised due to the results of the report the phone has been devalued but no reason given! Received an email 7 days after phone was sent offering £463 for a new Iphone 11 Pro Max 64gb!..Do Not Use these guys!
