If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. They give you a good quote, you send in your phone then they send you the diagnostic report knocking over £100 off their first offer. My phone was in mint condition, not a mark on it. I'm now fighting to get my phone back but of course now they don't want to reply to me. Can't believe this company is still trading.
