Sent my used phone nearly 3 weeks ago and have been chasing ever since. After assurances that they would pay ‘the day after they received the phone’ I thought, well why not. Anyway, 2 weeks on, they offered me two thirds of the initial offer for a one year old phone. I asked for it to be returned ASAP and, well that was a week ago and the Royal Mail tracking number they gave me says that Royal Mail still haven’t received the phone... Maybe they are inundated with phones and I’m sure they’re affected by Covid but if that is the case, change what it says on your website and in your communication. Maybe the phones they sell are great but when it comes to selling your old phone, based on my experience, I would use someone else. Fingers crossed that I eventually get my phone back...
