They have basically stolen my phone! No communication and when you do email them they just send you an automated email back all the time, they say trade in phone and money same day! Do not promote this if you can do it, they’ve had my phone 2 weeks now and no contact I’ve emailed and phoned (no answer)! I will be continuing to phone and email until I get my money or my phone back (which I’ll probably get neither) stay away!!!
