Bought an iphone as a Christmas gift. Phone doesn't work. No sound on calls at all. Sent back for repair. Been told its my problem as its been opened up by a third party. It hasn't by me! It's a refurbished phone. Looks like I've wasted £200 and have a very disappointed son. No one ever answers the phone and customer service is terrible. I will take them to court if necessary.
