Absolute waste of time. - Company is shambolic Sold my Iphone 8 to this company which i sent tracked and signed for thank god. They signed for it on the 2nd Feb 2021 and have not got any payment for my phone even after 17 days of waiting. Tried to call the company no answer so i emailed and a person called Rose contacted me saying it's due to covid which i think should be stated on their website to expect delays not saying that you will get same day payment upon receiving. So i waited another week for them to email and send a payment over still nothing and now they have my phone and no one replies back. Feels like I've just been scammed. ORDER Ref: 117570
