Phone was absolutely fine the suddenly turned off after an hour of having it wouldn't come back on very disappointing have sent device back waiting on a replacement however the customer service lady SHELLY has been amazing extremely helpful and very prompt emails back. Hopefully the next phone will be a better experience phone was amazing condition really hope there's no issues with the replacement!!
