I was really disappointed to find that my renewed iphone XR only had 88% battery. I have bought lower grade phones in the past from you with much better battery health. I am considering returning the phone.
I have contacted customer service but got a standard reply that anything over 80% is deemed acceptable, but I disagree strongly with this and assume that my phone's battery will be below 80% in less then one year.
