Dear Sir/Madam/Mx
I received my daughter's beautiful purple iPhone 11 and she is very happy with it.
Everything has been transferred over but there is one snag.... the phone is locked to a network that isn't Vodafone??? There was still a micro sim inside from EE
I can either mess around with it, clearing passwords and everything else or ask if you'd assist with unlocking it this end. I'm not really happy about paying £10.00 to unlock it when it should be unlocked anyway.
