Terrible.
Graded down my phone by £200 from original quote of £500 because of one small scratch to the glass. Refused the offer and they sent back. However, phone was last in the post and they are stating they can only claim for up to £100 as the only send it back Royal Mail tracked delivery even though the phone is worth more than the £100!!!
Complete scam and I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They are unwilling to help me to recover lost costs.
