This is the worst company ever. I bought an iPhone XR from them on Amazon. The phone was faulty, saying the SiM was unreadable. My local phone repairer said it was a quality control problem with the refurbishment and told us to send it back under warranty. We received another refurbished phone and had exactly the same problem with the new phone after 3 months. Grade mobile would not repair the refurbished phone. They have quality problems. Avoid at all costs!
