I had a terrible experience with Grade Mobile. They asked for my payment details multiple times, which already felt disorganized and unprofessional. Despite providing the correct information, they still managed to transfer the money to the wrong account—due to a typo that I had already flagged and tried to correct.
Now they’re refusing to fix the issue or take responsibility, leaving me out of pocket. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive, and I feel completely let down. I would not recommend this company to anyone—especially if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
Avoid at all costs.
