I strongly advise caution when dealing with Grade Mobile. At 17, I was allowed to enter into a contract that was void under the Minors’ Contracts Act. Despite my autism and having fully settled the balance, they placed a damaging default on my credit file. This has severely impacted my ability to obtain a mortgage and caused significant distress. Grade Mobile is currently being investigated by the Financial Ombudsman Service, the FCA, Trading Standards, the ICO, and the Insolvency Service for breaches of GDPR and minors’ contract law.
