Although I experienced a slight issue with the phone, Grade Outlet were right on the case. The customer service has been fantastic - they replied to each of my messages within about 30mins with clear and helpful advice. The issue has now been resolved and I’m happy with the outcome - good value for money, fast delivery and a very helpful team which makes a huge difference.
