Recently purchased iPad Air 2 grade B arrived very quickly and couldn’t have been more pleased,. That changed when i noticed they forgot to enclose a plug and a working charger. contacted customer services via email & phone they apologised and promised they would send out a plug and working charger * unfortunately it arrived Thursday lunchtime and I was out rescheduled for Saturday. Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received from grade mobile and would recommend anybody purchasing a iPad iPhone etc to check these guys out 👍
