I ordered an iPhone 7 and the first dispatch was locked which meant I couldn't use it on my network. As this was for work I called and Shannon very clearly understood the urgency and managed to find a way to get me a replacement. Her customer service was excellent. I understand mistakes can happen but what's important is how you rectify them and Grade Mobile did this to my satisfaction.
